This package includes:

• Venue Access to Tumbleweed Room and Sun Room:

• Saturday Noon – Midnight (12 hrs)

• Prep kitchen with sink, counter, fridge, and table. No onsite cooking allowed.

• Onsite parking

• Capacity up to 150 guests

• Tables, chairs and white tablecloths for ceremony and reception with standard white linen tablecloths

• Rustic items including:

  • Cake table and cake stands

  • Wagon table/cart

  • Sign in table

  • Small vintage table

  • Wooden farm table

  • Easel

  • Chalkboards for bar menu and itinerary

  • Wood slices and mason jars for centerpieces

• 19 round tables (seats 8)

• 3 rectangular 8' tables for catering

• 150 white garden chairs for indoor reception area

• Option to upgrade to all-inclusive event which includes catering, DJ  and other options

 

Discounted by $500 for non-peak season

This is the rental for the facilities only. No staff.

Showers must be scheduled Sun-Thurs between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. There is an additional charge for more than 50 guests.
